History

Traditional, Ethiopian coffee "from the heart". Yirgacheffe coffee region, Chelbesa, Gedeb region. Alemayehu Daniel is one of 13 sons of a farmer who inherited 10 hectares and coffee plantations from his father. All the brothers grow coffee. Alemayehu himself has six sons and four daughters. Alemayehu is an independent coffee farmer with his own exporter's licence. The farm is not certified but uses organic and sustainable practices. Our roasting brings out the perfumery of the coffee, intertwining the distinct flavours.
